Kleines, feines Appartement in einem neuwertigen, hochwertig ausgestattetem Neubau. Breites, relativ hartes Doppelbett plus Schlafcouch ca. 1,50. Zwei Barhocker. Gut funktionierende Technik (Lampen, elektrische Rollos, leiser Kühlschrank usw.), schmaler Balkon mit zwei Liegestühlen. Toll: über die abgebildete Wendeltreppe erreicht man einen eigenen kleinen Dachpool mit zwei weiteren Liegestühlen und zusätzlichem Bad. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit größerem schickem Dachpool, Gym usw. Gute, ruhige Lage mit Blick übers Grüne aufs Meer. Restaurants aller Art und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.

Unbedingt vorher direkten Kontakt aufnehmen, damit die Rezeption (kaum/kein Englisch) über die Ankunft informiert ist. Das ist bei uns gründlich schiefgelaufen. Hoffentlich nur Startschwierigkeit (war sozusagen Erstbezug).

The place is nice, new and well kept. The private pool is great.

For 4 whole days there was no running water in the apartment. While I understand that infrastructure issues can happen and may not be the host’s direct fault, what was disappointing was how the situation was handled. The host made very little effort to help. I had to repeatedly ask for assistance, and the only support offered was a small amount of bottled water. In practice, I ended up living without basic services and using the pool water to flush the toilet. This is advertised and priced as a high-end apartment, the experience felt closer to camping than to staying in a serviced accommodation. I had to insist on compensation. When the host finally asked what I considered fair, I suggested 50% reimbursement for the days without water, which I believe is reasonable given that a fundamental service was unavailable. The host ultimately offered only 25%, which felt inadequate. Problems can happen anywhere, but how hosts respond when things go wrong is what matters most. In this case, the lack of proactive support and the limited compensation made the experience quite disappointing. The apartment could also benefit from some furniture rearrangement, as the chairs are currently hardly usable; adding a small table with chairs would likely fit in the space and make it much more functional.
