About this house rental
Entire vacation home for rent with 8 double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, and the option to add up to 5 extra beds (charged separately). 2 additional restrooms in the living room and on the first floor; a large 55 m² living-dining room; a pool; a garden with a barbecue; and a children’s playroom with closed-circuit television.
The spa area is not included in the price. If you’d like to book the spa—which features a 6-person hot tub and a Turkish bath (steam room)—now is the time to make your decision so we can prepare it and have it ready upon your arrival. Prices are:
€90 for 2 nights, €120 for 3 nights, and €150 for 4 nights.
The pool will be open from May 15 through September 30.

In Guadalajara, in Campillejo, in the heart of the Sierra Norte de Guadalajara Natural Park.
The El Roble Hueco rural house is very close to Madrid, just 80 minutes from the capital. It is located in Campillejo, a hamlet of Campillo de Ranas, in the heart of the region known as the “Black Architecture” villages of Guadalajara, in the heart of the Sierra Norte de Guadalajara Natural Park, just 35 minutes from the Tejera Negra Beech Forest.
A beautiful slate-roofed mansion typical of the “Arquitectura Negra” region of Guadalajara, built in the traditional style but equipped with all the amenities and comforts to ensure the utmost comfort for our guests.

Among its amenities, it features a large oven, four powerful gas burners, a massive range hood, an industrial dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a microwave.
The kitchenware includes a pressure cooker, a Melita-style coffee maker, and a wide variety of skillets and pots, as well as other kitchen utensils such as colanders, cutting boards, serving dishes, and more.
The kitchen is provided with a roll of paper towels, a brand-new scouring pad and dishcloth, dishwashing liquid for both hand-washing and the dishwasher, and trash bags.
Over 50 m² of living and dining space with a fireplace, a large plasma TV, and a stereo system, featuring two separate areas—one for the fireplace area and another for the dining area. But the best part of our living room is, without a doubt, the magnificent views over the valley below which El Roble Hueco is built, with the Sierra de Puebla stretching across the horizon. Sublime sunsets!
We offer you a beautiful pool next to the porch of the rural house. The pool is surrounded by a safety fence along its entire perimeter to prevent unauthorized access by young children.
With a spacious porch, the pool, and a lawn area next to the barbecue. In the courtyard, you’ll enjoy fresh mountain air and hear nothing but the sounds of birds, along with exceptional views!
Equipped with a playroom for children, digital TV, and child-friendly furniture.
The perfect addition to make the most of an unforgettable weekend is a hot tub that seats 6 people and a Turkish bath of the same size, also for 6 people.
