Historical home located in the heart of Lexington, Kentucky. Few minute walk to Woodland Park, Kroger, Starbucks, bars, and restaurants. Gas station right around the corner. A convenient 3 minute drive and you're in the middle of downtown Lexington. Rupp Arena (1 mi), Kroger Field (1.5 mi), Keeneland (7 mi), Kentucky Horse Park (10 mi), Buffalo Trace Distillery (26 mi). 1GB fiber optic wifi. This home is a duplex.

Lots of things nearby to do. Came to town for a show at Rupp and it was an easy walk to there.
Property is nice. Comfy couch, bed..
Funky selection of coffees for the keurig but not a biggie.

Everything was great! Convenient place and very clean! The host was very welcoming and available to help if there were any problems. Highly recommend!

I suspect this would be a reasonable property for a long term guest but is not ideal for short term stays. I spent the 1st 20-30 minutes of my stay trying to get the WiFi working, including calls with the host and provider which ultimately did not work The neighborhood is a typical close to/off campus area with the wear and tear that you would expect or a bit worse. There are not expected amenities like toiletries at the property. Hate to be picky but I am not entirely comfortable rooting around under the sink digging through used deodorant sticks to find a half used bottle of shampoo. Expect to bring your own pole vault or ladder to get into the bed if you are shorter than 5’8”. Like I said, this is not an awful place but set your expectations appropriately.
