The area were this place is located is perfect. I could get to Rupp arena in 15 minutes by foot. If I was feeling lazy, I had an uber to pick me up within minutes. Great location. The place was clean. The host was very easy to work with. Overall, a very comfortable stay!

We stayed one night after a concert at Rupp Arena. The apartment was very homey with a really comfortable bed. The vintage tile floor in the bathroom was amazing!

Everything about the place is fine, but no better than fine.
The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great, good TV, and the location is walkable to downtown if you don't have a car. Everything else was mediocre. It's in the back of an old house in an old part of town in a mildly dirty neighborhood. Not necessarily an unsafe neighborhood but definitely felt a little sketchy arriving at night. We could hear the upstairs neighbor at all times of day and night. Everything in the house felt dingy (smudged and slightly dirty dishes, old towels, floors) because it's an old house.
Everything worked, but the pictures online are definitely slightly misleading of the general cleanliness and moderness of the house.
