A convenient 3 minute drive and you're in the middle of downtown Lexington. Perfect little apartment with new updated kitchen and bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Perfect for attending events at Memorial coliseum. Host very helpful and responsive.

This location was conveniently located to local restaurants and the UK campus. The exterior is nothing to look at, but the inside was just like the pictures: upgraded and clean. The kitchen is well appointed. The only complaint would be the water pressure is not great in the shower. The closet is pretty big, and bed was comfortable. We didn't have to communicate with the owner at all since the check in process was well explained, and we had no issues. It was nice to have a VRBO that we didn't have to take the trash out before leaving. Thank you for hosting us, and we'd definitely stay there again.

Kitchen had everything we needed, and the coffee pods were very appreciated. Location was very close to 2 of the places we came to visit, the Opera House and also the Henry Clay estate. House is on a fairly quiet street, lots of cars parked on the street but not a lot of traffic. Had a fantastic stay and would book this property again.

We appreciated the updated kitchen appliances, laundry, and air conditioning! Our host provided us with a long list of restaurants, several of which were within walking distance.
