The Space:
Nestled in the charming town of Duck NC, this spacious beach house provides over 2,400 sf of living and entertaining space. Boasting direct beach access, it welcomes family, friends and of course your furry companions. Providing the comforts of home, this place will take you to a place of relaxation, just a few steps away from the ocean's waves and sandy shore beneath your feet.
As you step inside the property, sunlight streams through large windows, illuminating the open-concept livings areas adorned with tasteful coastal decor. On the upper level is the heart of the home, a spacious living room, featuring 20 foot wood beam ceilings, plenty of seating with ocean views and a large TV for watching the special game or movies. Adjacent to the living area is a seamless transition to a fully equipped kitchen providing you with all the essentials you need to prepare meals and snacks. The breakfast bar offers a convenient spot for quick bites or casual dining. The dining area comfortably seats six guests, creating a welcoming space for enjoying meals together. A half bathroom is conveniently located on this level. For those who need to stay productive, a dedicated workspace with a desk is available, allowing you to attend to any work needs. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**
Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

Had a great stay at out VRBO in the Outer Banks, it was close to the beach, the pool was excellent, and the main living area was super convenient. I would stay here again!

We hope to go back! The house was immaculate, very well stocked and beautiful! The cabana is a really nice bonus, like it's own little house. Pool was nice, although too cold for us to use, but we did use the really nice hot tub one time. The beach access is super easy, no steps and a very quick walk. Nice view also, I could see dolphins from the deck. The community is quiet and lovely. It has the little "leave/take" libraries in various places. The house is 2 levels with 4 comfy bedrooms on the bottom, and full lovely shower/bathroom in the middle of each (not jack n jill, 2 total, no bathtub). Beds were comfortable and the 2 Kings go out to the deck. The steps walk up into the center of the large living space. Kitchen and dining on one side, living and office area with half bath on the other. Plenty of seating and an oversized chair directly facing the water. The deck furniture is nice also! There are plenty of beach chairs (we didn't use but looked in useable condition), a few boogie boards and 2 umbrellas. Coffee pot/keurig combo in main house and keurig in Cabana. They also provide enough "starters" for a few days, including TP, paper towels, dish soap, keurig pods, laundry and dish soap pods. We brought our own beachtowels but I could see where extras may be nice to have although probably hard to upkeep. Host was very responsive to questions I had. We did not have any issues at all! We hope to rent the same house again in the future. Also very close to downtown Duck!

Wow! This was a great place to stay! The house was clean and comfortable. Great place to gather with your family. Beach access literally across the street. Close enough to town but just far enough away for quiet and peaceful nights.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. This house felt and was super clean, which is shocking for a beach house! We will definitely be back!
