About this house rental
Enjoy the private pool, Panoramic views of the sound and evening sunsets from the large sundeck. Gathering area on the upper level. House has an extra refrigerator to accommodate all your food and drinks for your stay. Just a short walk of 300 yards to the ocean and beach for that day in the sun. Short walk to the sound side beach, ideal for small children. Outside recreational activities include full court shuffle board and horseshoes.
Located right outside of Duck you are within minutes of some of the best fine dining, shopping and other attractions the Outer Banks has to offer. There is even a sidewalk that runs from this neighborhood, right through the Town of Duck. So, if you like, you can bike or walk to the town for a day to take in the lovely sights. Also, great for exercising too!

The family vacation was wonderful. The walking distance to the beach was a little further that we anticipated. Upgrades are needed with cooking utensils, toilets and mattresses are old and very uncomfortable. Pillows and mattresses covers had stains on them. Just a few things that need attention. Overall, we had a great time with family. We loved visiting Duck. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit.
