We had a fabulous trip and truly enjoyed all parts of this house. The location was excellent, only a few steps from the beach. The two layered deck provided great views and breezes from ocean. Several different evenings the temperature was cool and perfect for a dip in the hot tub. The house has a lot of rooms for large groups with a nice layout for everyone to enjoy their own space. We had multiple beach days and the house was stock with beach chairs for everyone. Our group also cooked and prepared many meals in a well stocked kitchen. The long table created time for sharing and a place to play games. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would certainly come back to this property.

This was a week vacation for our family - me, husband and our adult sons. Our week was lovely. Best features of the house were easy access to the beautiful beach and the upper outdoor deck with ample seating for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails, The house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy meals and evening game nights. We love the town of Duck and we frequented the shops and restaurants. We'd love to return at some time the next year or so.

Lattitude Adjustment was the perfect rental in Duck. The location is excellent (almost oceanfront) I timed my walk from the carport to sand between my toes was 1 minute!Plenty of linens and towels provided along with anything else you may need. Worked out well for our family. My husband and I took the main level and our daughter and son-in-law took the lower level. Privacy for all!We would definitely rent again!

Plenty of room and great proximity to beach. Beach didn't get crowded here which was nice. Appreciated the chairs and umbrella. Needs some maintenance though. House was not cleaned well before check-in. Mold in master toilet and shower; sandy, dirty kitchen floor and carpet, and dining table not cleaned. Placemats and some dishes were put away dirty. The only negative I have about the location is the traffic going south, 40 minutes to go 3 miles.
