Entrance into the sun lounge which leads into the spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen.

Bedroom 2 - Downstairs. Standard double size bed, built in Wardrobe, TV.
Family Bathroom - With shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin.
Upstairs - seating area with TV
Bedroom 3 - Twin beds and additional single bed with:
En-suite shower room, WC and wash hand basin.
To the rear of the garage accessed through the house is a laundry room with with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is an additional shower room and separate WC - perfect for coming straight off the beach!
Large front garden and a secluded rear garden, both surrounded by hedges, with mature shrubs and grassed, and with garden furniture.
Large driveway with double gates, and room to park a boat as well as cars.
Access is via a wide tarmacked driveway. There is a step up into the conservatory/ entrance porch and a step up into the main property. Level access to the downstairs bedrooms, bathroom and living area. A turning staircase leads up to another bedroom, en-suite and small tv area.
This property includes linen but please bring your own towels or alternatively, these can be hired locally, details of local hire companies are available in your guest log in.
Pets: A maximum of 2 pets are accepted by prior arrangement at £30 per pet for all stays up to 7 nights. Extra charges apply for longer stays.
