Location ideal for lovely beaches and the host provided loads of things such as buckets and spades, surf boards, wet suits as well as bikes to use on nearby Camel trail. The house is beautiful with lovely pictures and decorations so suited to a seaside house. The kitchen is very well equipped too.

The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for our quite large family. 4 adults 2 young girls 1 baby & 3 pugs. Lots of games to use & very handy beach bits n bobs in the shed. Secured garden for the pugs.
The property was fantastic however after a couple of days we noticed the the drains were a bit slow. In hindsight I should have messaged Wendy as a quick rod would have probably fixed it.

Lovely period cottage, tastefully modernised, plenty of space, good WiFi, short drive to Rock and Polzeath. Nice bakery and deli a short walk. Had a nice Sunday roast in the Pity me inn, the micro brewery a 7 minute walk was lovely and v cheap, food was good there too!
Parking is limited at the front, we had only one car, as it sleeps 6 it may be an issue for some parties but the local side roads could be used
