Close to sailing, windsurfing, and more, this pet-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 12-minute drive to Montereau-Fault-Yonne Park or the 16-minute drive to Seine (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

The property is located in a beautifully forested area on an estate making it a perfect get away from my family’s daily urban bustle of living in Paris. The renovation of the guest house is well done and tasteful. The wood burning fireplace was a delight in the chilly weather to celebrate an early Canadian-style Christmas. The kitchen had basic equipment. A few more baking dishes as well as a basic stock of dry goods (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc) would have elevated the experience.

Lovely old house with modern amenities. We enjoyed the quiet and the lovely grounds. The host recommended restaurants in the nearby quaint towns and the food was wonderful.
