About this house rental
We would be delighted to welcome you in our beautiful farmhouse in the center of a village 1h30 from Paris.
The house can accommodate 13 people and has 2 living rooms with fireplace and stove, a large dining room, a beautiful kitchen and 4 bedrooms.
Its lovely large enclosed paved courtyard allows you to have lunch in summer in the shade of a magnificent olive tree and surrounded by flowers.
The house has been designed to accommodate families or gatherings of friends who have come to spend a relaxing moment near Paris.PGJyPg
The house is located in the center of a quiet village which has a bakery 100m away, a mini-market, a very warm bistro and a pharmacy.
The adorable village of Sergines is 1h30 from Paris, 15 minutes from Sens and its Gothic cathedral, 25 minutes from the splendid medieval town of Provins and 8 minutes from the charming town of Pont-sur-Yonne and its TGV station.
You can also arrive from Paris via the Longueville RATP station which is 22km away.
You will enjoy many walks in the heart of a bucolic countryside and many woods.
The house is just as pleasant in summer thanks to its flowered enclosed courtyard (ideal for letting the children play unsupervised), as in winter thanks to the two magnificent fireplaces and the Alsatian stove that heat the house, in addition to the gas central heating.
We provide many games, books and logistical accessories for children, having a little girl ourselves.
You will have access to 6 logs for 2 days (and others if you wish at an additional cost).
Parties are not allowed.
The house is composed of:
☆ 2 living rooms, one with fireplace, the other with an Alsatian stove, a sofa bed and a TV that will arrive in October.
☆ 2 double bedrooms with 160cm beds and one with a single bed 90 more.
The first floor bedroom has a closed fireplace.
☆ 1 double bedroom with a 140cm bed and a single bed 90 more.
☆ 1 dormitory with 3 single beds 90cm.
☆ 1 large dining room with a dining table with extensions that can accommodate up to 12 people.
☆ 1 private workspace away from the main rooms.
☆ 1 fully equipped kitchen.
☆ 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room and 2 toilets in total
