Very clean and very modern

Brilliant apartment, great commuting links and clean modern apartment.

There was an issue with us checking in, apparently the previous guests had left some damage however we were then told it was an electrical fault. We checked in just under two hours late which pushed our day back quite a bit as we were unable to get ready for our evening plans after travelling all morning. No toilet rolls given other than a large roll of cleaning tissues which is clearly used for cleaning purposes

When we just chick in, all the rooms looked nice and clean so we were very pleased. The location is a bit outside from the centre London but we knew that so we were fine with the location.

The second day morning, we had no hot water, although the problem was solved in the afternoon but with a 3 year old child, that was very difficult situation especially in the winter. We appreciated the cleaning job but there are some details might be pay attention with, for instance, the sink in the onsuit, was blocked, the drainage of that sink functioning supper slow; the bath towels are partially yellow and the towel heater in both bathrooms were covered dust; tea cups in the kitchen were not enough for 4 people ( actually there were only 2 plus 1 chipped); the kettle needed a deep clean, etc.
