Probably the stairs, my Husband has had ankle surgery and when booking didn’t realise the amount of stairs.

Location, amenities and design concept

Both balconies collecting dust. Floors looked cleaned but will be better if it’s mopped. No AC in the bedroom makes me uncomfortable to sleep during summer. Amenities in the unit are complete. Apartment outside area is dark at night. Should have some small lights for security. Solar light is good at least.

How extremely hot the bedroom was for a stay we left a 4 days early as it was way to hot to stay there emails to the manager to get curtains hung was not replied to. We had to purchase a second fan and still did not do anything for the heat. The sun comes up around 4:30am an starts heating up the room. We encountered 3 large White tip spiders in bedroom as well as a huntsman spider in the bathroom. The main kitchen had everything needed well equipped. There was no broom or mop to do any floor cleaning during our stay. The fold out lounge bedding was disgusting needed to be washed before using, plus the pillows are orange. Two days prior to our booking running out management sent a text about check out times, I explained my reasons for a bad review and where refunded one night valued at $159.06, out of the 24 nights we booked we stayed 20.
