Very well appointed all appliances new ,security was high
A maintenance man came unannounced,needed access to our rooms.
Late notification that a complete clean was to be done by us

Well-equipped.
We took this apartment because of the pool and bbq, neither of which were usable. The pool is a small plunge pool and full of leaves. The bbq was very greasy and filthy. Clearly the management of the complex don’t manage property well. There was also a footprint on out sheets.
The outside space was surrounded by a high brick wall so the whole apartment was very dark.

There was a lot of ambient light at night and the blinds in the bedroom didn’t block the light
