I liked the location, but the place needed some TLC in the cleaning department.

Location - great location The shower soap bar - I liked the smell Security - I felt safe. Parking! Airconditioner - quiet and nice and cool! Welcome gift - thank you!

Plumbing and cleanliness issues The room had a funny smell which could have been related to something having been spilt on the carpet - remove the carpet The toilet was leaking, so I kept switching off the tap The towels had stains and were not clean

Absolutely perfect.

I will definetly come back to this place. The staff is always online to help you with anything you need, the attendande is awesome, the room is amazing, big, clean, the bed is perfect. I slept so well! The shower/bathroom is great, they have a hair dryer in front of the mirror that saved my life. The kitchen is organized, has everything to cook. The place is quiet and calm and people are respectful. You can take a sun bath, work, rest… The price is worth it! Hidden gem! :)

noisy despite very quiet location

The location is great in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. self check-in and checkout. however I had difficulties with it since the provided link didn't have any check-in instructions other than saying that I need to do online check-in. but it was quickly solved by a call over WhatsApp which is very convenient. the rooms was clean, bed is comfortable.

I booked a deluxe room in a quiet neighborhood to make sure we can sleep before our early and long flight home. unfortunately my plan didn't work. The sink in the bathroom made very loud bubbling noises after each use which continues for about 5 min. the noise resonates in the bathroom and since the bathroom door is there mostly for decoration and doesn't do any soundproofing you can hear its full noise potential in the room. at 2am our neighbours came back to their room and we found out that after they used their bathroom we heard the noise from our sink! we could also hear their conversations and their sex. unfortunately we didn't have earplugs but they wouldn't help with the sink noise since it is simply too loud. I was very disappointed because I chose this hotel based on reviews of the quiet location. I hoped we would be lucky with the neighbours but we didn't. but the sink noise was the worst because every time you use the sink it makes horrible and very loud and continues noise.

Amazing, value for money and everything you'd expect from a 4 star hotel with less staff and clutter

I just loved the space the kitchenette, the shared space also the quiet, I loved the place I should've booked a longer stay. The check in was soooooooo simple and safe.

I have absolutely no complaints. The place was spotless and the check in was so easy even a 5 year old could figure it out.

I really loved where the property is located. It’s so peace and serene. Somehow I connected to nature.

I have no complaints, would just recommend they keep the iron in the room so we don’t have to go downstairs in order to iron.

Lovely quiet and safe location with really easy self book in.Our room was seperate from the rest of the house which gave us so much privacy.All the different nooks to sit ,makes it very homely ,yet you could have own space.Very comfy bed and crispy clean linen

I don't want to complain, but it would be good if lights could be checked every day. Rooms nr 2 and 3 - head light and fans didn't work. Room 2 - only 1 bed light work. Room 7 - no hot water in shower.

Apart from the some noisy neighbors, this place was exceptional! Would highly recommend on the summer👌☀️

The property was idle for me and my fiancé.. we were gone for most of the day and we had a lovely cozy place to escape when the energies were tapped out🙌.. very private but also sociable ! Would highly recommend for more use in the summer!

Digital nomads hostel

This is an amazing place with a quaint backyard pool, excellent staff and decent location. While the rooms would benefit from some upgrades they certainly have a soul. I stayed here with my family for nearly 2 weeks.

The only thing we didn’t like about this property were other guests. Most (if not all) other guests were the “so called” digital nomads spending all days on their laptops and being obviously annoyed by regular tourists staying here. In part I believe this is responsibility of the Neighbourgood management which markets the property as a long-stay, co-working space. Unfortunately this was not at all mentioned on the property description on Booking.com; else so would not book it. Long story short - this is not a family friendly place, so if you’re on holidays book something else!

Location were great - we needed to be near the Green Point Athletic Stadium - thanks we could walk to stadium only about 1km from Neighbourgood. Spar were close as well as Green Point beach. Very sage.

The place is nice but poorly managed.

The room was nice and spacious, clean bathroom.

There were significant unlisted cleaning charges upon arrival. There was also no one there to check me in when I arrived even though I indicated the time in advance. In general the person working there didn't seem to have been told how anything worked, particularly evident when someone else arrived and she couldn't even tell them how to switch their light on.

Amazing space and people

The space was clean and well maintained. Felt apart of the family of Neighbourgood as you enter the door. Great community events. Amazing staff. The premises caters to most of your needs. The staff was friendly and assisted me with all my needs, much more then expected... The room was beautifully and tastefully decorated and met my requirements of a home away from home. The room and facilities were great and indulging in the amazing location. The atmosphere was welcoming, warm and relaxed and I only wish I had been able to stay longer.
