From the day of checking to the day we leave everything was perfect. The service was excellent. They took very good care of us. They were always available to answer any questions we needed. The condition of apartment was beyond our expectations. Everything was clean and comfortable. And location is just perfect.

Absolute great location. Central to activities, restaurants. Clean airy, nice view, fantastic ambiance in apartment with skylights. Excellent breakfast at Giselles Cafe.

Shower head in one of bathrooms was a bit flimsy and balcony could have been cleaner and planter/flower box was cracked.

Electric tripped a few times

it was a nice location, a big apartment with a nice view. the couch was comfortable and so were the beds. the AC worked well. it was quite confusing to setup but it got setup at the end. lots of spare duvets.

Lots of things were broken, hallway lights and lots of random switches that didn't work/ did nothing. half of the cabinets in the master bedroom were broken. water pressure in the showers were horrible it was like showering with a bucket. hallway lights didn't work, a couple of the duvets had stains on them and so did the outside cushions for the balcony. you could see repairs were done on the walls. the lights in the room were hanging on by a thread where you could see the wires. the "ambient lighting" in the living half worked aswell. only 25% of it lit up
