A beautiful and comfortable apartment in an excellent location in Reynek. Easy access via door code. There is a well-equippend kitchen and washing machine, albeit I did not make use of that. With the windows closed very quiet, could not hear anything from the streest at night.

The bathroom doesn't have a towel rack. The walls are paper thin and one can hear the neighbor (at nr 8 ) have normal conversations (with himself?) and playing strange music continuously, so having a nap during the day is a challenge (did not mind it as was always out and about) - he is not too loud, just unfortunately bad sound insulation of the building, nothing to be done about that. I also did not see any AC - surely an issue for the summer months. The Wifi at times was extremely slow - YT on the TV also kept on buffering. Days after checking out I get a rude message from the owner why I smoked (common courtesy is to first say hello or the like) - which I did not as I do not even smoke at all. Tip for the owner: Begin with a generic hello which is polite and first ask before making allegations. The apartment is still great so an 8 instead of a 9.

The apartmant is very central, spacious, modern, and well-equipped. It’s exactly like in the photos. Coffee machine with capsules, tea, water is provided. We really felt welcome. Communication is excellent. Self check-in works perfectly.

We had some problem with the electric cooktop. It doesn’t work properly.

Amazing location, spotlessly clean, excellent communication with host. Lovely extras included, such as slippers and a bottle of wine. A perfect stay.
