Good location
Noisy at night from bar downstairs until midnight.
Thin ceiling/floor you can hear neighbour upstairs walking around. Still noisy after midnight.

the location was pleasant, walking distance from city center. access to metro is good.
the space is very small for a 4 person family. the sofa bed in living room is not good at all; when you open it to make it as a bed, it doesn't have a flat surface and your head part has slope. the floor of apartment is not flat, and the worse thing is you can count every step of upper storey guests, and if they decide to be active or if they have child who like to play and run, you can't sleep. as a summary it doesn't worth that money, you can rent a better space in the neighberhood with same price.
