Main room was bright and spacious. Good communication from owner. Great view from window.
Lack of facilities. No mugs or knives (had to spread butter with a spoon!). Some sockets not working. One duvet had no cover on it and was stained. Not completely clean in toilet. Very small balcony which was used to store mop and brushes. 11th floor. Had a lift, but a flight of stairs before lift, so unsuitable for people with wheelchair or mobility issues. Very thin walls so easy to hear neighbour’s music/ tv.
