The location is good, close to the center, there is also a paid parking lot near the apartment, which is nice because it saves time when parking.
The apartment itself is not in good condition. The mattress and sofa are terrible and uncomfortable. The whole apartment seems dusty and you can see that there has been no renovation for a long time. It is impossible to charge the phone normally next to the bed. The balcony door handle is also broken. In the bathroom, the toilet does not collect water normally, and the shower is missing one door, as a result of which everything is floating, because there is no door to prevent water from leaking. When entering the apartments, the floor was also sticky.
