Superb location and apartment with all amenities, so clean! Instructions really detailed and self checkin process super smooth. Booked in emergency for a night and wasn’t disappointed!

Very central location. Walkable to the centre and beautiful views from the balcony., host was responsive.

The amount of stairs I had to climb but it was good cardio.

In tanto ci tengo a precisare che il host ci ha comunicato che onostante qualche ora prima ha confermato la mia prenotazione che l'alloggio non era disponibile per motivi di manutenzione, ma onostante questo ha pensato di provvedere per una sistemazione alternativa preso il Centrale City , preso quale ci siamo trovate benissimo in quanto la posizione e fantastica e pulitissima, abbiamo trovato le bottiglie di acqua ed il caffè, abbiamo apprezzato molto. Purtroppo ci e stato detto che avremmo trovato la wifi usufruire di Netflix cose di qui non abbiamo usufruito x mancata connessione , il piano cottura non andava... quindi che dire?! Tutto sommato bene

La mancanza di connessione

Basically a nice apartment in a relatively central location. It is clear that an effort has been made.

But the photos are a bit misleading. Climbing up the fifth floor, water in ground floor. The apartment itself is shabbier than shown in the photos. It is okay, but definitely not worth 9 or 10 points. Everything is arranged in a very fancy way — nice, but impractical. The communication may be intended to sound professional and tough, but it comes across as rather rude. After the cancellation period has expired, you receive quite an unfriendly WhatsApp message with the terms of use, which are supposedly considered accepted upon booking. Convenient, considering you only receive them after booking, without knowing them beforehand. They also include new fees for misconduct — which I had no intention of committing, but still, this is very unusual. Something like that needs to be disclosed before booking. Another annoying point is the surveillance camera, which overlooks everything — something I am very sensitive about. When you receive a reminder to deposit the rent, it also makes it clear that you are being watched.
