Hidden Gem

I dont normally leave reviews but I feel like this place is underrated. Everything was wonderful, plenty of information about local places, comfy beds, great facilities. Absolute steal for the amount of us (3 adults 2 kids) was really impressed. We hope to return next year for southports flower show.

Exceptional value for money and very comfortable .

❤️❤️❤️I couldn't ask for more really. Entire 2 bedroom flat at more than reasonable price. All rooms are furnished , kitchen well equipped , washing machine , fridge , even air fryer . Bed was comfortable and beddings fresh and clean . Private, secure parking . Very quiet , I didn't hear one sound over night. I slept like a log despite insomnia I suffer for years . Shower is powerful and hot. Lots of towels, toilet tissues and even shower gel was provided .I Will definitely recommend to friends and I will be back again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

shower tray drain is slow and bathroom need some new silicone amd refreshment , but it was clean and nice

Tremendous location, good accommodation!

Location really good! Good kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Only negative was the small double bed. It appeared to have been repaired. Our daughter and granddaughter were concerned that it might break with 2 in the bed. One decided to use one of the futons instead!

Comfortable space with all needs accommodated perfectly.

We loved that the space had everything we needed and was spacious/comfortable. Our hosts were so accommodating and really put us at ease when travelling for the first time with an infant by allowing us to check in earlier and by having everything we needed in the kitchen area for feeds. The location was also perfect due to the close proximity to the venue we were visiting. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Location was 10mins from the beach (driving) and was central in the town. It was ideal as a base to see family in Southport. And nice to have a dedicated parking space too.

Convenient, clean accommodation.

The property was beautifully clean in an excellent location. We never met any staff but instructions were good. The two bedrooms were extremely comfortable with made up beds. For a one night stay the property was fairly good value.

The property apparently accommodates 8. We’d asked for four beds. Only two beds were made up. The other two were faux leather sofa beds that we had to make up ourselves. After a very long journey, it would have been nice not to have to do that. Neither of our party found the sofa beds to be particularly comfortable and had disturbed sleeps, which was a great shame. I think the sofa beds would be good for children but not for adults and couldn’t really see how they could accommodate four adults. Perhaps, our party are particularly tall?

Clean no frills accommodation

Great location for Formby Village and transport links: Merseyrail. Only 30mins from Liverpool by train. Fine for a couple or small family. Great TV. Adequate kitchen facilities. Excellent shower room.

Ok but won't be back

Really good location in Formby. Very reasonable price and easy to find. Spacious accommodation and beds were comfortable, bathroom was lovely.

The bedsheets in both bedrooms were dirty so unsure whether they were changed. The towels had a damp smell. Communication from the hosts was poor as I got no response when asking for fresh sheets until 9am the next morning after I had checked out

Every facility you could ask for, very clean, quiet, and exceptionally well placed.

Flexible on "Check In" time Everything was clean, tidy, and looked "New". Connection to the Wi-Fi simple and worked. Everything I thought I might need was there, even some milk - not sure if this is part of the standard welcome!

The main security gate clearly isn't used however, the parking space was available. I found the mattress in the main bedroom to be a little thin, but still slept OK.
