Schönes Apartment in einer gepflegten Anlage mit Parkplatz, recht zentral gelegen. Gut organisiert.

Mieszkanie znajduje się w dogodnej lokalizacji blisko przystanku autobusowego, sklepów i kawiarni. Niedaleko znajduje się plaża z fajną promenadą. Apartament czysty, przestronny z dużym balkonem. Wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Plusem jest miejsce parkingowe znajdujące się w garażu podziemnym. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Prezent na powitanie w postaci wina i lokalnej przekąski.
Miał być balkon z widokiem na ocean, a w rzeczywistości głównie było widać bloki i drzewa. Problemy z wodą pod prysznicem - raz jest zimna, raz ciepła. Przeciekający brodzik i parę innych niedociągnięć. Cena trochę za wysoka.

There were ants in the kitchen and the hot water took a while to run.
