Location was good with walking distance to lakeside Pokhara and lots going on around the apartment. Is in a residential area so was great to see tel life going on around us and not just the main tourist areas. Apartment was spacious with plenty of room to move about in and also had a lovely balcony where we spent a lot of time. Rooftop access was great to catch a view of the mountains

Unfortunately the property didn’t have any cutlery. We had saved some disposable cutlery from our flight so we’re able to use that but kitchen facilities were very limited. We ended up buying a kettle which made things easier but be aware that facilities are very basic.

We stayed on the ground floor, and the outdoor area is very nice with a little mountain view and cozy seating area. A bbq was also available, which we enjoyed a lot. The size of the apartment is very good, and the kitchen was quite good equipped with almost everything we needed. The location is really great if you want to live outside the tourist area in Lakeside, with many local shops available and close to the Phewa Marga main road. Nice view from the roof. Very good information from the owner.

The apartment was very worn down, and in need of thorough cleaning and some paint. The hot shower was apparently only solar based, so at best luke warm in the morning. The TV did not work, and there could have been more seating and a proper table in the living room. The rooms where missing wardrobes or closets, there was nowhere to put our things other than the floor. The overall condition of the apartment was not good, with distinct smell of mold in one bedroom, dead cockroaches in the kitchen cupboard, torn flooring, unfinished maintenance work, old non-functioning equipment like sink and kitchen fan, worn out electrical outlets and more. And the neighbour dog is really annoying.
