The apartment was absolutely stunning very clean, cozy, and modern. The location is perfect, with easy access to all major attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Easy self check in , and it was warm in winter , no problems with heating

Good location. Very clean. Nicely furnished.
Most of the window blinds didn’t work. No Coffee maker/cafetière. Some basic kitchen equipment missing ( chopping board, saucepans). No clothes hang space in second bedroom only shelves.

Broken coffee machine, bond taken and not returned for some 3 weeks. Apartment Not very clean

Apartment is well-equipped and spacious for 4 persons. Great location.
We stayed for 8 nights, and the apartment was never cleaned, nor were the towels changed. When I asked a towel change just once after 4 nights, they told me it would cost 200 zł for 4 persons! Considering the high price of the apartment, basic services like towel changes every 2–3 days should be included. Additionally, several of my messages went unanswered - except, of course, the ones about payment.
