The location is outstanding, and the apartment is both spacious and well-furnished. The check-in instructions were clear, and the owner provided excellent care. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the views from the apartment are wonderful.
The sole drawback was the lack of heating, which was particularly noticeable given the rather cold weather conditions. The owner was aware of this issue and extended an offer to send technicians; however, we respectfully declined. Our reasoning was that such a matter should ideally have been addressed prior to our arrival, rather than during our stay especially since the owner was already aware of the problem before our stay started.

The location was amazing and the building is beautiful.
There was heating system, but it was not working in the living room. In the room it was working, but in maximum level was not heating enough, so we were very uncomfortable for the 3 nights. We were told that a technician was coming to solve the problem, but in the end it seemed to be a building issue (even though the the heating system in the stairs was working perfectly). We managed to warm up with the many blankets and duvets available. It was not a problem for us, but the 1st floor is in reality a 3rd floor.
