Apartament położony bardzo blisko dworca głównego, 15 minut spacerkiem. Blisko komunikacja miejska. W nocy cisza, spokój. Wygodny i przestronny. Wspaniałe śniadanie w pobliskiej uroczej kawiarni.

Trochę stresujący był fakt, że zewnętrzny domofon nie działa i możliwość dostania się do apartamentu uzależniona jest od tego, czy ktoś będzie akurat wychodził lub wchodził do budynku. To spowodowało, że musiałyśmy odpuścić wieczorny spacer na miasto. Zwyczajnie byłyśmy się, że wejście późnym wieczorem będzie niemożliwe.

Very Poor Check-in Experience and Misleading Listing The check-in process was extremely frustrating. We arrived from the airport with multiple people and a lot of luggage. We were initially given the wrong address. After unloading all our suitcases and letting the driver leave, we waited for further instructions. Only after about 20 minutes were we told that we needed to pay a 1000 PLN deposit—and that it could only be paid via PayPal. This requirement was never mentioned before booking. I paid immediately because we were exhausted and just wanted to rest, but this is very concerning—what if I didn’t have PayPal or had issues using it? After paying, we waited another 15 minutes with no response. Eventually, we were given a different address, which meant we had to arrange new transportation and move all our luggage again. We booked two apartments specifically because the listing indicated they were in the same building. Instead, they were in different locations. If we had known this, we would have booked cheaper alternatives that clearly stated separate addresses. As for the apartment itself, the beds were extremely narrow—around 60–70 cm wide. I have never slept on such small beds before and could barely stay on without feeling like I would fall off. The deposit process was also problematic. The money was only returned after multiple requests, and only on the day after check-out. Even then, we received just 949.5 PLN back out of the 1000 PLN, with no clear explanation for the deduction. On top of that, because PayPal was the only payment option, additional fees were charged—effectively costing us around $20 extra for the booking, which again was never disclosed in advance. Overall, a very disappointing and stressful experience.
