The location - it was very central and easy to walk everywhere. It was spacious for 3 adults. The building had a lift which was great as the apartment is on the 7th floor.

Nothing that could be easily improved. I had to chase the property for check in details which I finally received shortly before the check in time. As I was traveling for 24hr already and arriving in a country without an active sim card, this added unnecessary stress. The apartment was basic which I didn't mind as such, but it lacked items such as hand towels (there wasn't even a towel in the bathroom!). There was no dishwashing powder or washing powder so it made it impractical to use either. The apartment could have been cleaner - the table had breadcrumbs on it and there were dishes in the dishwasher from previous guests.

Location. General space. Amenities pull out sofa bed was comfortable.

There was no laundry detergent and had to ask for dishwasher tabs at the office around the corner. Would be nice to have AC in the bedroom. Can't walk around the bed. It fills the room width.

Clean, quiet, updated flat. Helpful, kind service reachable till 8 pm every day with luggage storage available when checked out

Advertised as having air conditioning, but there is only one air conditioning machine in the living room, not in the bedroom. I slept on a mattress in the living room and I did not pay for that. There’s also a small flight of stairs (like 7/8 steps) before you reach the lift to the flat. Otherwise higher (9/10) score
