We stayed in the Jazmin room in Seville for three wonderful days, and I would like to share a brief overview to help future guests. I visited in April 2026, during the Feria Festival period, which made the experience even more vibrant. The location is truly excellent. Almost everywhere is within walking distance, and access to the main road is immediate, making it very easy to find a taxi at any time. The property is also just a short 2–3 minute walk from lively tapas bars and charming spots around Alameda de Hércules, one of the most enjoyable areas in the city. The house itself is a well-designed duplex. Upstairs, there is a lovely terrace—perfect for dining, relaxing, sunbathing, and even cooling off with the available outdoor shower. There is also a small workspace and an additional toilet on this level. Downstairs, you will find a thoughtfully equipped living space that includes everything needed for a comfortable stay: a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, cooking stove, kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron, and even a blender. All appliances were in perfect working condition. The water pressure was strong, and both the bathroom and toilet were clean and fully adequate. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the property was impeccable. I would like to sincerely thank the hosts for this wonderful accommodation experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in Seville.

Was uns an der Unterkunft besonders gefallen hat, war die hervorragende Lage – alles ist bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Das Appartement selbst ist modern eingerichtet und ansprechend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war durchweg großartig und unkompliziert. Außerdem standen Tee, Kaffee und sogar Öl zur freien Nutzung bereit, was wir als sehr aufmerksam empfunden haben. Die hellen, hohen Räume haben zusätzlich für eine angenehme und offene Atmosphäre gesorgt.

Was uns weniger gefallen hat, war, dass das Bett ziemlich eingequetscht in der Schlafecke steht. Das Sofa ist zudem nicht besonders bequem und für zwei Personen eher etwas klein, sodass es sich weniger zum Entspannen eignet. Das Deckenlicht empfanden wir als zu grell, wodurch dem Raum eine gemütliche Atmosphäre fehlt – wir haben daher überwiegend die Stehlampe genutzt. Die obere Etage ist aus unserer Sicht nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, da es dort keine richtige Sitzgelegenheit und wenig Gemütlichkeit gibt. Auch die Terrasse ist sehr klein; Tisch und Stühle wirkten schmutzig und wahrscheinlich schon länger nicht benutzt.

Niente di grave ma non era pulitissimo negli angoli vicino al letto e l’acqua del lavabo del bagno scorreva molto lentamente. La comunicazione con lo staff un po’ lenta, ti fanno comunicare con una chat bot, se hai bisogno di loro serve tempo.
