The staffs were friendly and helpful.

The shower has no doors only a shower curtain, when you take a shower the water will build up because the drainage is bad. It’s floods the whole bathroom. The room rate charged is of a 5 star hotel but it doesn’t come with breakfast . The location is a bit far from everything and you need to take grab to find restaurant and 7eleven . A lot of maintenance need to be done especially the rooms.

The day club area is very nice with relaxing chilled music. Prices were quite reasonable for food and drinks. Food is also of a really high quality. The room was up on the top floor with a decent sea view and was clean with a comfortable bed and smart tv. The staff were all very very friendly and we were really made to feel very welcome.

They have space for more sunbeds that should be used as it was not always easy to find one when it was crowded. The pictures of the room with supposedly a private pool and outdoor bathtub are misleading - there is one outdoor pool upstairs for 6-7 rooms and it's not private. There is no beach at the time of year we went (Dec/Jan) due to high tides. The area is a little quiet and you'll need a grab to go into town. However you can rent a scooter direct from the hotel which we did so it was easy to get around.

Einen kleinen Strand hat man nur, wenn es die Gezeiten (Niedrigwasser) zu lassen. Zimmer ziemlich sporadisch eingerichtet (Betonfussboden). Hotel mehrere Kilometer vom Zentrum entfernt (man braucht Bolt oder Grab) um ins Zentrum zu kommen.

De totale entourage hotel is erg slecht onderhouden. Ontbijt totaal onuitnodigend. Verf bladdert overal af. Bedden zakken door … geen beleving
