great location, nice atmosphere. We had everything we needed and more.
there was a whole construction sight in front of our balcony and we constantly had builders peeking a look at us in the kitchen or on the balcony. The windows and doors are not soundproof at all, so it was very loud.

Alojamento precisa melhorar a canalização das casas de banho, existe um mau cheiro. Há obras no exterior e bares em baixo que fazem barulho, são alheias ao alojamento mas causam impacto.

The appartment has everything and is really comfy. The view from the balcony was nice and it is in the middle of a nice place of the city. Restaurants, supermarkets, and bus lines are one foot away from the place.
Given the proximity to the street, the appartment can be a bit noisy. Furthermore, the hot water is through boiler, which mean "limited" hot water for a given period. I was alone - so no problem at all. For two or three persons, this might be a problem.
