Nothing to like

I had an unpleasant stay at this property. There is no proper space to park the vehicle for luggage loading or unloading, which was very inconvenient. The hotel does not have a lift, and we were given a room on the second floor, making it difficult to carry luggage. The toilet was very dirty, and small lizards were coming into the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned daily, even though we stayed multiple days. Breakfast options were very limited, with the same four items served every day. The TV was not working, and the shower also did not function properly. Overall, the facilities and cleanliness were below expectations, and I would not recommend this place unless these issues are improved.

I didn't like that the fridge had 2 bottles of beer inside that were opened and filled with water. They were placed inside the fridge just like new but they were water. Be careful with those...

Okay. It looked better in the photos in the ad. But service was good, and staff friendly.

We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment. Plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. Location ok and close to lots. Did a lot of walking. Really big but basic room. Tea/coffee making facilities, always handy. The pool looked nice, didn't go in. Good sized bath towels! Always a plus! Fridge. Clean. Guy in the office was always helpful.

On a busy one-way street. Was often noisy at night: locals talking loudly, motor bikes, general traffic. A little run down. No hairdryer and no handwash at basin. Had to ask for bedside tables and coat hangars, which were provided. We were a bit disappointed that security did not tell our next-door neighbours to can the frequent noise 4 out of 6 nights. Never experienced neighbours like that before!! Room not on the ground floor, stairs only. (I'm getting old!) Not sure if there are ground floor rooms, didn't explore the place much.

I personally wouldn’t go back.

The staff were friendly and it’s a good location for getting to canggu, water bom Bali and exploring seminyak. It’s cheap.

It’s not like the pictures. The place could really do with an update and the bathroom wasn’t clean. The door into the room from the hall is entirely glass (has a privacy film) but this doesn’t stop the light so the room is very bright. The AC wasn’t good so we were quite hot. Wifi worked intermittently, would go off every few minutes.

Too many stairs. The bathroom was small and an odd layout, with the shower pointing towards the toilet and sink which soaked the toilet paper every time I showered. The shower had low water pressure also

Lovely staff but wouldn’t return

The customer service was amazing and so was the breakfast.

It was noisy, there was traffic until the early hours of the morning, the lights weren’t turned off around the complex until after midnight and the curtains let in all the light so we barely slept. It was missing a shelf in the bathroom to hold our belongings

Cheap, but uncomfortable

They waited for us with our late arrival and helped taking up our luggage to the room. Mini supermarket, spa, currency exchange are nearby.

The location is on a very busy street, therefore it is quite noisy. On the street there is no sidewalk. Lots of stairs to climb to the rooms. The room had a glass door, so very bright even during the night and there was a weird smell inside. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was the tiniest portion I ever had, barely enough for a child and even that took 50 minutes to cook. When we said at least bring our morning tea sooner, they managed to bring those out in 30 minutes. On our last morning they ran out of rice. How does that happen in Indonesia? The "restaurant" area is just a couple of tables outside with no shade, so you're sitting under the sun.

Close to the beach, close to places you can eat and shop, and easy to find the location, staff are kind.

The bathroom & toilet really needs cleaning. I arrived and the toilet is super stained, not sure because it's old or it's not cleaned properly. The bed sheets have holes in them. The towel rack is broken and so is the shower handle.

Good, comfortable and convenient stay.

The place/room is comfortable. They have everything you need inside the room. You have fridge, kettle and proper desk. Ideal for long term stay. Food in the restaurant is also good and not pricey. Love staying at their common area to relax and drink coffee. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. It has bike rental and laundry just outside the property. Atm is also just nearby

Aircon is not powerful enough. But if you give it some time it will get cold just nice for the room

Ended up extending our stay whilst here. Beds are comfortable and the pool is a nice little chill spot. Very good location everything in Seminyak is in walking distance. Only short bike ride to Canngu if you need to visit there.
