Hot water was only warm.

I booked this homestay for a week based on reviews and location. It is located at the top (northend) of Seminyak down a quiet alley so that was good. The room was a nice size and clean and the bed was super comfy, even better than the bed in a $100AU plus hotel I stayed in. Hot water was good with good pressure and AC was great. The homestay has a pool but as the lower floor had been flood affected by the big storm the previous week the pool was only re-opened 2 days before I left so I decided to give the pool a miss as I just didn't look the look of the water at that time.

I knew there was no fridge in the room but there was no communal fridge either or any way to keep any cold drink. This homestay is at the cheaper end of prices but I would not book again any place that did not have a fridge. The AC in the room had a massive white digital display on the front so during the night it was like daylight till I bought some tape and covered it up! This homestay advertised it had a restaurant which it clearly does but it did not open at all during my stay. There was not much around near this homestay is located so be prepared for about a 20 minute walk or short grab ride to reach the main part of Seminyak were all the shops bars warungs etc are located. Beach was a further 15 minutes walk.
