Close accommodation to the airport for tired travellers

Nice and close to the airport after a late night flight. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the pool was great and kid friendly. The free breakfast in the morning was super tasty and had a nice amount of options. Even though the hotel was close to everything, it was very quiet at nighttime.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but other than that it was a really good hotel for the price point. We will definitely be back again.

Worth the price

Almost no complain until the time we checked out and they asked us to pay for some forks they found lost in some rooms. We never count it when we checked in so it feels like a trap for the guest. The lesson is you should count every cutleries and other things in the room by the time you check in

Good for our first experience to Bali as a family.

The staff were friendly and for our first trip to Bali, as a family, it was a good experience.

The bathroom was quite dated. The beds were very very firm - pillows were soft, and the included breakfast was OK, but we did enjoy the breakfast more when we were able to order off the menu. There was only one TV in the parents' upstairs room, and it would've been a bonus if the kids had one to use for downtime.

Budget hotel with a bang! Will definitely return as it was great!

We loved this little hotel, great for a small family with the two spaces. Will def stay again for the price!

Each room should be provided with toilets on each level. The back (kitchen) verandahs could serve.

The maisonette room design is awesome! The view of each room overlooking the swimming pool adds more comfort to the rooms.

The room need to have additional washroom facilities at the lower level of the maisonette bedrooms as the room have only one toilet at the upper level while the room have beds on both upper and lower levels as such it creates a lot of inconvenience to move to upper level to find the toilet. In short the maisonette rooms needs at least two (2No) toilets (One on each level).

The apartment was very nice, a good amount of space. It had clean beds and floors.

Nice hotel, inconvenient location

Nice big rooms and comfy beds. Nice to have a fridge and lounge area. Daily housekeeping and supplied with free bottled water.

Not a great location for getting to places by walking. There are no safe paths and a lot of busy roads so we felt as if we had to get taxis everywhere even when it was only a short walk.

cheap, Seminyak location, walk to McDonald’s, several restaurants etc, two bedroom areas

I am in ubud now and it is nice to sit outside my room. you can’t sit outside the front or back of the hotel room unless you sit next to the public pool. it is just there set up of the hotel that can’t be changed. No bowls so had to eat cereal out of cups etc.

It’s spacious, the pool was nice, some soft drinks are in reasonable price.

There’s a bit confusion to start with as the accomodation message us that we need to add extra bed for the kids meanwhile in our understanding what we booked is accomodate our needs as a family travelling with 2 young kids. But things sort out in the end. It’ll be great if they provide more cutlery such as bowl and the dish cloths. After all, the hotel wasn’t too bad at all.

In side room is ok

The hotel is very dirty... Especially kitchen is very rusty... Even reception is not clean... They said it's old hotel so looks dirty... Swimming pool and the bathroom waters are very smells... No good to use it for wash

Rant

We didn't like anything really. Waste of money and kinda ruined our mood and the trip.

The bathroom stinks, light was too dim, room was too congested. The hotel doesn't even have gates so we saw many lizards and insects coming in, thankfully none entered the room but you could spot a few every now and then in the lobby or the hallway. The pool was situated right in the middle of the hotel and the rooms were surrounding it, which made it really annoying cuz we could clearly hear people talking and playing and it disturbed our sleep at night and apparently the staff didn't tell them to shut up even at midnight. The staff can't really speak English so that's kinda deal breaker too.
