It was great that it was very close to the venue (Cultvr)
The accommodation was comfortable (very cosy)
The local area! There was a lot of rubbish to walk through, take away tomato sauce pots all over the floor which had burst. It was generally grubby and run down.

Great location and very modern inside.

Central location, cooking facilities.
Small bed only really suitable for 1 person comfortably.
Barely and space around the bed so kept tripping over bed edge and corners.
Kitchen dining area was enough space.
Parking wasn't advertised clearly - free and secure but not outside property, around a 6 min walk.
Picture had a coffee machine, but this was not present when we were there.
