It was a good price and only 15 minutes walk to the city. It had all the kitchen facilities we needed and the shower was good.
It could be quite noisy with the comings and going of the street and other residents in the apartment building. We didn’t find the bed very comfortable.

Property is well maintained and cleaned. I left pen drive in property and they went beyond their way to find it and seal it for me so I can arrange collection.

It was a good size for my needs and it was quite comfortable
There was mould on the walls under the front window and damp under the bathroom sink. I was also unable to ventilate the living room as the top windows were locked so felt quite humid

Cleanliness was satisfactory.
The location was not in a nice area- surround area worn down with rubbish all over the street, clothes thrown on the pavements and used fridges as garden ornament. The flat was not as advertised- walls with marks on them, iron burn stain on the carpet, oil marks all up the kitchen wall as no splash back. Smelt like a hamsters cage when we walked in but we did go on a particularly hot day. Fan provided was very old and barely worked.
