Warm and cosy.

Comfortable and warm, good washing machine.

Honest review

The space was very lovely, we were welcomed by a vase of fresh roses. The house was clean, the kitchen had all of the dishes and utensils to cook. I loved the roller shades for privacy. Loved the location to the Breakwater Country Park for hiking. And we were gifted fresh milk and a loaf of Welsh bread which was such a nice gesture!

The very first struggle was figuring out how to lock the door, after multiple attempts, I finally figured out you had to lift the handle all the way up in order to turn the lock with the key provided. There was no welcome book for instructions, only the wifi and password written down in the front of the guest comments book. The bed was extremely hard, probably for those who love the firmest of the firmest bed you can get. Our backs were in knots. The shower took us a minute to figure out. You could only get hot water if the pressure was turned to very low. It was a lot of figuring out things by trial and error, which would have saved us time if we had a welcome book with instructions. There was no dryer, but there was a washer and a drying rack. Which was fine, but I was expecting a dryer too. I must have read the list of amenities incorrectly. There were no wash cloths for washing. There was no way to adjust the heat, so we added the extra blankets to keep warm at night. There were plastic covers screwed down covering the thermostat, so it couldn't be adjusted. There was absolutely no where to charge any of the electronic devices. The previous places had USB ports, this stay had nothing. It wasn't a terrible stay, just a lot of difficulties throughout our short stay.
