About this apartment rental
This private apartment is 650 sq. ft. and a bit quirky ... but, perfect if you have eclectic tastes. The bedroom with queen bed is in a cozy converted garage, with the garage door still in place. There is also a small living room, a decent sized kitchen with everything but an oven, and another room that holds a tuned grand piano and other musical instruments, also a bathroom with shower .
The apartment is on the bottom floor of a triplex and has a garden patio in the front. The entire house is three stories, with my husband Marc and I living on the top story and a family with a 6 year old who live in the middle story. The house sits on a 1/2 acre of land, so there's plenty of privacy and lots of outdoor space. We are artists/musicians, so our playful and eclectic decor reflects that.
Pt. Richmond is a gem of a location. We are located a few blocks from downtown where there are grocery stores, restaurants, and bars, including the new Baltic Kis with live music 6 nights a week. We are also within walking distance of hiking trails, Miller Knox park, Keller Beach, and the beautiful Richmond Plunge indoor swimming pool.
