Views, views views. Cozy, private top floor studio in historic building overlooking the San Francisco Bay with views of the water, the Golden Gate and the San Rafael/Richmond bridges, Mt. Tamalpias and the Berkeley hills.
Enjoy the entire apartment with a queen size bed, kitchen with oven, microwave and frig, bathroom with shower.
5 minute walk to restaurants and shops in quaint downtown Pt. Richmond. Close to hiking and bike trails.
Central SF bay area location: 10 minute drive to the Richmond Ferry and BART, 15 min to Berkeley or Marin, 35 min to downtown San Francisco & Sausalito and 60 min to the Napa/Sonoma wine country.
Note: There is a bit of construction in process (Aug-Oct '26) towards the rear of the property that may intermittently make some noise between the hours of 8am-5pm during your stay.

It is about an hour drive from SF, which I didn't totally realize. Being from out of town, it looks closer on a map. But the view in incredible, and the actual town area at the base of the hill is really cute. Excellent stay, thank you!

Great place with truly fantastic views of the bay. Cozy vibes. It is an older building so be prepared for that.There was a minor issue with the roof while we were there that was handled promptly and without us needing to request it.A few minor things around the edges that could have been better: Building front door sticks, several pots without lids, etc. Microwave and fridge are in a separate storage room just off the kitchen.
