Penthouse perch with cathedral ceilings, San Francisco skyline views, parking garage, storage locker, and recreation center included (on-site gym, lap pool, spa, sauna, tennis and pickle ball courts). Super easy access by elevator or footbridge directly to the 4th floor. Remarkably tranquil setting for such a convenient location: Hwy 580/80 to Berkeley, Bay Bridge or the Richmond -SF Ferry to San Francisco, San Rafael Bridge to Marin, Hwy 4 to Walnut Creek, plus it is an easy spot from which to take day trips to Stinson Beach, Point Reyes, or Napa Valley, Located across the street from Richmond Yacht Club and Brickyard Marina. Lovely neighborhood strolling and bike path to the historic village of Point Richmond. Plus, nature trails in hills bordering Brickyard Landing condominium complex. It is a remarkable package. Please book well in advance, preferably at least 2 weeks before arrival. Maximum occupancy two people. Call owner with questions. Only more than 30 day long stays allowed.

The apartment was everything it was advertised to be and more .
It has the most spectacular views of San Francisco and in red sun sets .
It is well furnished and the owner spent a good deal
If time with us upon arrival insuring we knew everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay which was over 2 months long .
Will hopefully stay again soon

This was one of the best condos we have stayed in. Clean, comfortable, well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, plenty of space, and a great view of the Bay and San Francisco skyline. On-site gym was nice. Location was perfect: easy drive to Napa/Sonoma, Golden Gate Park, Sausalito, Tiburon, Berkeley, Oakland, and even the Embarcadero and Fisherman’s Wharf (although we found it easier to take the ferry—which stopped nearby—to get to downtown SF).

Our stay here was perfect. The view can't be beat, wonderful to wake up to the blue water and see the city every day. In the evenings, sailboats dot the bay. There's a great paved path for long walks along the water or into the nearby town of Point Richmond for cafes, restaurants, grocery and post office. It is a bit off the beaten path so be prepared for a bit of spotty wi-fi if you're an AT&T customer (fine if you're Verison) and know that your are not in a bustling neighborhood. Quiet and quaint is what this location offers. Everyone in the condo complex is very friendly. Tennis courts are new and fabulous to play on. Swimming pool and workout room offer everything needed for a short or long stay. Honestly, this is a super comfortable, very clean, bright place with owners who respond quickly and happily to any request -- what more could you want!

We stayed here because we were working in the area. It was great to have a place to stay so close to work and still close to anything you want to do in the Bay Area.
