This unit is ideal for executives or vacationers who also enjoy the quiet and amazing bay views of the city of San Francisco, Angel Island & Mt. Tamalpais and Alcatraz.
This unit is situated in an exclusive and charming neighborhood in Point Richmond. Sit on your private large slate-tiled deck enjoying these incredible views.
This one bdrm/bath unit, featuring a separate entry, is part of our modern 3 level home, above the garage. It has many amenities, which include a kitchen, shower/bath, cable TV & Wi-Fi. Free Parking 20 steps from your unit.

The property is centrally and conveniently located close to many wonderful attractions offered in the San Francisco Bay Area. Pt Richmond has easy access via I-580 and I-80 to San Francisco, 19 miles, to Berkeley & East Bay 5 -9 miles, and to communities across the San Rafael Bridge (north on 101) to the wine country in Sonoma and Napa 35 miles.
A versatile location: A ferry terminal for Richmond 2.8 miles away, & Bart station(s) 5-9 miles, l Oakland airport 23 miles, SFO airport 31 miles.

Point Richmond has several marinas in the area. The Brickyard Cove, Richmond Yacht Club, and the Marina Bay Yacht Harbor, which includes a large picnic-BBQ lawn Area .
Tenants will receive a copy of the rental agreement at the time a deposit is submitted/accepted for the reservation with all the details, rules etc.
Cancellation Policy: If a Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation. The deposit will be refunded, if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.

Being in the healthcare field, I have always followed the CDC/OSHA infection control recommendations. I have continued to implement these effective guidelines. There is a surveillance device that monitors the outside of the property. It is attached to the main house, monitoring the street to entry of complete property. It is not placed on the rented unit, where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy. If you choose to pay with a credit card VRBO will include the surcharges, or you can you use an electronic check that has no extra fees.
