The property is centrally and conveniently located close to many wonderful attractions offered in the San Francisco Bay Area. Pt Richmond has easy access via I-580 and I-80 to San Francisco, 19 miles, to Berkeley & East Bay 5 -9 miles, and to communities across the San Rafael Bridge (north on 101) to the wine country in Sonoma and Napa 35 miles.
A versatile location: A ferry terminal for Richmond 2.8 miles away, & Bart station(s) 5-9 miles, l Oakland airport 23 miles, SFO airport 31 miles.

Point Richmond has several marinas in the area. The Brickyard Cove, Richmond Yacht Club, and the Marina Bay Yacht Harbor, which includes a large picnic-BBQ lawn Area .
Tenants will receive a copy of the rental agreement at the time a deposit is submitted/accepted for the reservation with all the details, rules etc.
Cancellation Policy: If a Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation. The deposit will be refunded, if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.

NOTE: While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to ensure you that we stay safe and healthy. Being in the healthcare field, I have always followed the CDC/OSHA infection control recommendations. I have continued to implement these effective guidelines. There is a surveillance device that monitors the outside of the property. It is attached to the main house, monitoring the street to entry of complete property. It is not placed on the rented unit, where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy. If you choose to pay with a credit card VRBO will include the surcharges, or you can you use an electronic check that has no extra fees.

We traveled to SF for a conference in the Financial District. The parking at the house was very easy and the neighbor was super fun! We really enjoyed Richmond Point. It is a very charming area with several restaurants and shops. We ate at Little Louis’s Café, Jin Ye Chinese, and Kao Sarn Thai. All three places had amazing food and are less than 1/2 a mile from the house. We had breakfast at Little Louis Café. It was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic. We wish we could have come back later for drinks. The house had great access to downtown SF, Muir Forest, and the Golden Gate area. It was only a 40-minute drive into the heart of downtown around 6:45am on Thursday. We parked our car at the Hyatt Regency, got breakfast, and I toured around downtown while my husband attended the conference. From the Hyatt, I was able to get on a trolley to visit Fisherman’s Warf, China Town, Ghiratdelli Square, union Square, Lombard Street and several other iconic sites. The best part was that it was less than 25 minutes to get back to the house at the end of the day. We could relax and watch the sailboats from the living room.
