The large, south-facing terrace area offers plenty of seating for everyone staying in the house. From the terrace, you can see the Bodden—though the view is somewhat obstructed by trees and the Admirals Corner Luv vacation home.
The house is in a very quiet location, as it was built about 60 m back from the “Bauernreiche” street.
The small wooden shed next to the terrace allows you to store 5 bicycles under an extended roof.
