At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Additional bed linen (10 € / person) and / or towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after the booking, so that we can then recalculate and before your arrival, the bed linen and / or towels can be prepared for you.

Sauber und zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Bis zum Stadtzentrum/Zugang Seebrücke läuft man ca. 10-15 Minuten. Dafür hat man die Ausflugsschiffe und einen sehr empfehlenswerten Bioladen mit leckeren Brötchen um die Ecke. Was man leider nicht sieht: Fast direkt vor der Tür ist eine vielbefahrene Hauptstraße. War vom Geräuschpegel aber okay. Hat uns gefallen.

Die Unterkunft und der gesamte Ablauf waren absolut toll. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe mit der Agentur waren problemlos. Die Unterkunft bestens ausgestattet und sehr schön ruhig gelegen.
Das Einzige, was uns fehlte war ein Badvorleger vor der Dusche, aber das is "heulen auf hohem Niveau".
Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir kamen nach 12 Stunden Autofahrt in eine saubere gemütliche Ferienwohnung, so dass wir uns nach kurzem umschauen wohl gefühlt haben. Es gab nichts was wir vermisst haben , die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte. Wenn man keine Lust zum Kochen hatte gab es unweit neben dem Penny so eine Art Imbiss,den wir doch sehr häufig nutzen,denn es gab sehr leckere Aufläufe, Pizzen und Salate, auch einen Bäcker wo wir uns täglich frische Brötchen holten gab es da, für unser Frühstück, dass wir auf der kleinen gemütlich eingerichteten Terrasse einnahmen.
Wir hatten das Glück fast nur gutes Wetter zu haben, bis auf ab und zu wenige Stunden ,wo es mal geregnet hat. In diesen Stunden, wären wir mal dazu gekommen TV zu schauen, nur das witzige daran war, bei Regen spielte dieser nicht, sondern nur bei schönem Wetter ( vielleicht müsste da der Spiegel anders eingestellt werden) für uns war es nicht so schlimm, haben wir eben wie die Menschen früher auch Name, Stadt, Land, Fluss und anderes gespielt oder da eine sehr gute WLAN Verbindung da war, mal übers Tablett oder Handy geschaut. Da es eine super Waschmaschine mit Trockner gab, haben wir auch diese genutzt und somit fast nur saubere Sachen wieder mit nach Hause genommen und mir den Berg Wäsche von 15 Tage Urlaub zu Hause gespart.
Wer nicht nur am Strand ( ca 12 Gehminuten / Hundestrand ca 20 Geminutenden) Urlaub verbringen möchte, für den gibt es entweder im Ort fast gegenüber einen Hafen, für Boddenrundfahrten oder auch lohnend anzusehen ca 20 Minuten Fußmarsch die Seebrücke, der lange Steg aufs Meer raus oder auch einige Restaurants, sind sehenswert. Wem es nichts ausmacht, bei nicht so heißem Wetter mit den Auto unterwegs zu sein, der sollte unbedingt mal nach Warnemünde am Teepott , sich einen schönen tag
