At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned.
Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after completing the booking, so that we can then recalculate and before your arrival, the sheets and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Objekt wie beschrieben und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, genügend Kinderspielzeug für Schlechtwettertage, Kinderstuhl, Töpfchen, brauch man alles nicht mitschleppen. Das Reihenhaus ist für 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Kleinkind gedacht. Zwischen dem Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss und dem Schlafbereich im Obergeschoss, befindet sich eine steile und schmale Wendeltreppe. Nur als Hinweis raten wir dem Vermieter unbedingt im Obergeschoss so eine Treppensicherheitstür einzubauen. Ein paar Haken in den Bädern hätten wir uns noch gewünscht und auch ein Fliegen-Mückenschutz im Kinderzimmerschlafzimmer am Fenster.
Die Lage ist super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Sonnenterrasse, funktionale und gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr gute Betten, die einen erholsamen und entspannten Schlaf garantieren. Auch das Schlafzimmer Richtung Straße ist in der Nacht ruhig und belohnt zudem mit dem Blick auf den Hafen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung. Sauber, alles da was man braucht. Toll gelegen mit Garten und Terasse. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
