About this house rental
Pretty stone house in the heart of the Lot vineyards.
The accommodations are located in a quiet street a few steps from the Place du Canal, the center of the village where you will find various shops pharmacy, grocery store, bakery, tobacconist...
Every Wednesday morning you can discover a food market with small local producers who will have the pleasure of introducing you to foie gras, duck, "cabécou" goat's cheese and good Cahors wine.

A beautiful 115 m2 townhouse tastefully renovated
Capacity 6 people 3 double beds, possibility to accommodate additional people on request and owner agreement (extra charge)
On the first floor
- private entrance via a small terrace
- living room with sofa, TV chair, table for up to 8 10 people, pellet stove (provided)
- Reversible air conditioning
- Large ceiling fan
- a kitchen open to the living room well equipped with Nespresso, kettle, oven, dishwasher
- an adjoining laundry room with fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine...
- 1 bedroom with bed 140 and cupboard possibility to put a travel cot
- 1 separate toilet
- bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink
Upstairs
- 1 mezzanine with sofa, beanbags, TV with WII, games, books
- 1 bedroom with 140 bed with wardrobe
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, desk, dresser, possibility of putting a travel cot
- Travel cot with mattress, high chair, booster seat available in the rental at no extra cost
- Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility
- Pets NOT ALLOWED
- NON-SMOKING accommodation (terrace)
- Nightly rate from 90 euros outside school holidays
- Cleaning fee depending on the number of nights (from 10 to 50 euros) to be paid on site in cash
- Heating included autumn, winter period unless unreasonable consumption!

Wine testing in different Domaines in the surrounding area to discover the vineyard, we have several winemaker friends who will gladly open their cellar to you.
For more shops you can go to Prayssac 10mn, its large farmers' market on Friday mornings.
