About this house rental
Located in the center of a charming small hilltop village
Stone houses fully restored in 2019
The location is ideal for those who want to visit Lot and Dordogne (In the center of the main villages to visit)
The main house consists upstairs of:
- 2 bedrooms
- A bathroom with wc (corner bath)
And on the ground floor:
- A large dining room
- A pretty living room with mezzanine (Possibility 3 beds)
- Master bedroom with bathroom
- separate WC
- Fitted kitchen with dishwasher
- Small stone terrace in front of the door
100 m2 garden with 4x4 pool and a small terrace
Possibility to park at the foot of the house
The stream passes at the edge of the village 2 min walk (a nice place to relax, fish or picnic with the children)
The lake and the village of Catus are 5 minutes by car (Restaurant and supervised swimming) and all shops (pharmacy, tobacco, mini-market, bakery, post office and bank)
Many markets and producers nearby
St Medard also has a 2-star restaurant in a magnificent setting

This spacious accommodation has lots of living space for two couples and its location was the perfect place to unwind at the end of our busy holiday in Provence. We made good use of the well-equipped kitchen, and enjoyed dining at the large family table, as well as the sunny patio. One of the highlights of our stay was interacting with our delightful hostess Isabelle, as well as evening hikes through the surrounding countryside. Village life here is peaceful, laid-back, and picturesque. The ancient city of Cahors, just 25 minutes away, provides activities, historical sites and market days. We loved our stay here!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce beau gîte spacieux et bien équipé. Le village est très bien placé pour faire de magnifiques randonnées aux alentours. L'accueil et les échanges avec Isabelle étaient parfaits !

Gîte conforme aux photos. Il est très bien équipé, spacieux avec une superbe vue. Isabelle a été très chaleureuse et nous a très bien renseignés. Le village est très calme et typique mais pas de commerces sur place. Toutes les commodités sont à 10mn en voiture (Catus). Beaucoup de jolis villages à découvrir tout autour. Je recommande !
