About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming, air-conditioned house in Carnac-Rouffiac for rent. It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,200 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Upstairs:
– A 30 m² living room with a sofa and TV
– A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher…
– A south-east-facing conservatory with a dining table for enjoying meals
– Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a walk-in wardrobe
– A shower room
– A separate toilet
– A mezzanine above the living room with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90×190).
On the ground floor:
– Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
– A shower room with shower and toilet
- A utility room/storage area with a washing machine and washbasin
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: a travel cot, barbecue, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 1,200 m²
The house is ideally situated in Carnac-Rouffiac, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house. The garage is not accessible to vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Cahors, about 25 km away.
- A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region

- Bed linen and towels included
- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
