This 2-room apartment, renovated in 2025, is lovingly and modernly furnished. It is located on the first floor of Building 7.
The direct view of the harbor and the lake beyond creates a maritime atmosphere.

The terrace, with a green area in front of it, faces south and is furnished with a table, four chairs
and two lounge chairs.

The 56 m² living space is divided into a living/dining area with a kitchenette,
a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine.
All windows and the patio door are fitted with electric insect screens.
Ideal for 2 adults. An extra bed for two children is available in the living room on the cozy
corner couch (sofa bed dimensions: 1.45 m x 2.25 m).
A small, natural access point to Lake Plau is located in the immediate vicinity (approx. 100 m).
A crib and a high chair can be reserved free of charge. Please bring your own bedding, as well as pillows and a blanket
for the crib.
One medium-sized dog is allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
The lakeside village of Plau am See has restricted traffic. A parking space is available about 150 meters from the apartment. Luggage can be transported using handcarts provided on-site.
