Located in one of the city’s more progressive desirable neighborhoods, we warmly welcome you to our spacious and inviting accommodations. Our lodgings and amenities are provided to complement your visit to our exciting city. We encourage you to visit and enjoy our neighborhood commercial shopping streets on Ferret, Magazine and Oak streets. With only a short 10-15 minute to the French Quarters, the Superdome, and all our dining and entertainment establishments.
The space
With a private entrance, the 1,500 square foot apartment invites our guests to an open and spacious living/dining and kitchen area. The three (3) full size bedrooms and two (2) full baths can comfortably accommodate six guests with complete comfort, and privacy. We believe our accommodations, like our city offers surprising delights with an enjoyable and truly memorable experience. The interior décor is best characterized as illuminated with natural light filled spaces, including artistic accents, with an open and clean floor plan, ideally suited for comfortable small and large group socializing or simply relaxing.

You have access to the entire apartment including a private balcony.

First, Mr & Mrs Baker, thank you for your awesome hospitality as you greeted us on arrival. We truly enjoyed everything about our visit to celebrate the marriage of our niece. The home was very spacious, comfortable, excellent location,and great parking!
Secondly, I highly recommend this rental; just pray it's available on our next visit back to New Orleans 🤗.

The property was as advertised. James met us when we first arrived to see if we needed anything and to say hello. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and place had plenty of space for us 4. The only issue was that the shower head was a little low for us. The tallest one in our group was 5’10”, but we managed just fine. Will definitely hit James up again the next time we’re in NO!
